Description

Seeking assistant surf coaches to support main instructors.

Season: April - October 2026

Your tasks

Assist in teaching surf lessons.
Help maintain safety standards.
Support equipment management.
Engage with guests and provide assistance.
Participate in team activities.

Requirements

Experience in surfing preferred.
Team player mentality.
Reliable and energetic.
Good communication skills.
Basic surf knowledge.
