Hi, I'm Max. Like many of you, kitesurfing isn't just a sport for me – it's been a passion since 2011 and a profession as an instructor.
Transitioning within the industry, I found it surprisingly difficult to find relevant job opportunities consolidated in one place. General job boards were too broad, and niche openings were scattered. I realized employers likely faced the flip side: finding truly passionate, qualified candidates efficiently.
That frustration sparked the idea for KitesurfOK – a dedicated platform designed to make connecting talent with opportunities in the kitesurfing world simpler and more effective for everyone involved.
