Support daily operations by managing equipment and assisting guests.
Your tasks
- Rig, launch, and land kites and wings
- Maintain a fleet of kites and boards
- Ensure smooth operation of beach activities
- Assist instructors and guests as needed
- Work long sunny days on the beach
Requirements
- Hands-on and reliable
- Kitesurfing experience is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
