Description
Seeking an experienced Center Manager for our Boavista surf school.
Season: October 2026 to April 2027
Your tasks
- Oversee daily operations of the surf station
- Organize courses and manage equipment
- Lead and motivate the team
- Ensure high service quality
- Handle customer service and sales
- Maintain and repair equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Strong organizational skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English
- Customer-oriented
- Team player with leadership qualities
