INSTRUCTOR WANTED

HOLA! This is KUKULKITE here, writing from Mexico. ⛱️ � We are looking for instructors to join our team for the next upcoming season! We are located on Holbox Island, in the Mexican Caribbean, one of the best spots in Mexico for teaching and learning KITEBOARDING/WINGFOIL. ⛱️ Expected Dates: November 1st - May 31st Could be shorter periods, ideally 2 months minimum. Requirements: � Teaching at least 1 discipline (Kitesurf or Wing Foil); if you do 2 it is a strong plus � Speaking EN and/or ES and another language (preference to DE and FR) � Holding an official instructor certification (IKO, VWDS, FIV, or equivalent) � Being a real professional with a positive attitude � Having strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Others appreciated qualities: � Being responsible, autonomous and have an easygoing personality � Having a calm mindset, someone who values quality of life over busy, high pressure environments Lessons: � Shifts of 2-3 hrs., we can have 1 or 2 shifts per day, lucky days up to 3. � The classes can be private, in couple and groups of max 4 people. � We use Ozone kites and gear Spot conditions: � Set within a natural reserve, offering ideal learning conditions � Flat, shallow and warm Caribbean waters; sandy bottom � Very low presence of swimmers, by-walkers and boats � Secondary spot in a fascinating remote beach reached by boat ⛱️ Main wind conditions: � During the winter moderate to strong North wind � Spring and summer light to moderate East wind What we offer: � Honorary of USD 25.00 per hour � Average of 20 hours per week � Weekly payment � Do not provide accommodation and meals, but we will help you find something ideal and give the best tips to live on the island � Relaxed and friendly environment � Location: Holbox is located in a natural protected area, an incredible place to live and work, surrounded by nature. It is a tiny island with a really relaxed environment. There are tourists from all over the world; bars, cafes and restaurants of any kind can be found, there are many grocery stores and a supermarket. We are relatively close to the most famous Cancun, nothing than can be compared, but there is a reasonably funny nightlife on Holbox.
