Kitesurf Instructor's for summer 2026 - South Portugal

Algarve Fun Sports runs behind the idea of enjoying life to the fullest, as a team we believe that fun is mandatory together with all the fun activities, social life and we would like to keep it that way. We look forward every year to a strong and bonded team to create the best environment inside the working hours as well as outside!If you like the sea, beach, sun, landscapes and want to discover more about the Lagos coast, you are in the right place! We live in a place where you can do all types of activities under good conditions, Surf, Kite, Wing, SUP, Climb, etc.Our beach house is located 8 min walk from the beach where you can surf or just enjoy the sun, 15 min walk from the city center(a city with an incredible relaxed surf lifestyle), 20 min drive to the lagoon and 30 min drive from the west coast if you are looking for bigger waves! Everyone with a positive mentality that shares the same idea about life is very welcome for a fun, adventurous and active summer.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• You live and breathe kitesurfing – this is more than just a summer gig
• You’re reliable, friendly, and professional
• You’ve got a valid instructor license (VDWS, IKO, or equivalent) 
• English-speaking (bonus points for other languages)
• Comfortable teaching beginners and sharing the stoke!
• Bonus: Wing Foil experience, gear maintenance, photo/video skills – we love multi-talented humans!
• You are happy to help with taking care of the gear and providing your students with their gear.
