We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced kitesurf instructor to join our team in Máncora.

About Us

Wild Kite Peru is one of Peru's leading kitesurf schools, welcoming riders from all over the world. We specialize in high-quality lessons, private and semi-private only, premium equipment, and personalized coaching.

Our guests come not only to learn but to become part of our community.

Your Role

As a kitesurf instructor, you will:

Teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced lessons.

Adapt your teaching to each student's level and goals.

Ensure the highest standards of safety on and off the water.

Help with equipment preparation and maintenance.

Assist with rescue operations when required.

Create a fun, encouraging, and professional learning environment.

Represent Wild Kite Peru with a positive attitude both on the beach and in the water.

Depending on your experience, you'll also have opportunities to coach:

Strapless freestyle

Wave riding

Foiling

Downwinders

What We're Looking For

IKO, VDWS or equivalent certification.

Previous teaching experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluent English (Spanish is a big advantage; French, German or other languages are a plus).

Strong safety awareness.

Reliable, organized, and punctual.

Friendly, humble, and easy to work with.

Passionate about sharing the sport.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and genuinely cares about their progression.
