Looking for an instructor level 2 to join our team

"Looking for an instructor to join our team,High season is right here and we need help, we are looking for a full time instructor from now December 2025 to end august 2026. With possibilities to continue longer.We are a small and young team and are located in Aruba. We need someone motivated, with positive attitude !Aruba is a small island in the Caribbean, it’s windy everyday and all day long, so when there is clients there is work everyday. We are teaching in flat and shallow water with offshore wind. 90 % of our clientele are Americans staying in expensive hotels close to the spot.Lessons are paid 55$ per 2hr lesson ( so 27,5$ per hour) for an instructor level 2, fluent in English and Spanish.
