Office Manager 2026 (immediate start – November)

Your tasks:

• At KBC World, you will work as a Front Office Manager within a strong, experienced team of kite instructors, interns, and station managers. You will be based at a modern kite center with a permanent location.
• You are the face of the station, as our guests meet you first. You manage our booking system, organize the deployment of kite & wingfoil instructors and all on-site services, and act as the main point of contact for our guests — in German and ideally also in English or other foreign languages.
• You handle bookings, welcome guests, show them around the center and the spot, remain their constant contact person, know the spot well, and are always ready to give helpful tips.
• A genuine interest in our guests’ wellbeing is just as natural to you as resolving complaints quickly and professionally.

Your profile:

• You speak fluent German and feel comfortable speaking freely in front of larger groups.
• You are highly reliable, never keep your team or students waiting, and are a true team player.
• You create a positive atmosphere, bring good energy, motivate people around you, and entertain guests and students with ease.
• You are creative, show strong initiative, and are willing to take responsibility.
