Description

WHO WE ARE.

Founded in 1996, GONG has grown from a pioneering French surf brand into a fast-scaling international player, driven by one mission: sharing our passion for board sports with the world.

Today, with 100+ employees and €30M turnover, GONG is expanding rapidly, blending innovation, lifestyle, and performance across Surf, SUP, Kite, and Wing Foil.

Our DNA is simple: Sharing.

  • Sharing our creations.

  • Sharing our know-how.

  • Sharing our lifestyle.

  • And above all, sharing with everyone.

  • Our model is disruptive.

By cutting out intermediaries, GONG makes premium gear accessible to all: expert advice, flawless service, unbeatable prices.

The result: Everyone can enjoy the water at the highest level.

    MAKE EVERY DIGITAL INTERACTION BETTER.

GONG is looking for a UX/UI Designer to improve how customers explore, understand and shop our products online. Working between the Graphic Design and Web teams, you’ll turn customer needs and business goals into clear, practical digital experiences. You’ll help build our in-house UX/UI capability, from identifying friction in the customer journey to designing and testing solutions.

    MISSION.

    • Analyze customer journeys, user feedback and site performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Improve website navigation, readability, accessibility and the overall shopping experience.

    • Design user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes; test ideas with users and refine them with the Web team.

    • Create responsive interface components and reusable patterns that reflect GONG’s visual identity.

    • Design newsletters and reusable email templates that are clear, engaging and easy to use.

    • Translate business and customer needs into design specifications that developers can implement.

    • Measure the impact of design changes and keep improving the experience after launch.

    PROFILE.

    • Five years of experience designing websites or e-commerce experiences, with a portfolio showing your process and the results of your work.

    • Strong experience with graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, alongside Figma or similar interface design and prototyping tools.

    • Good understanding of user research, usability testing, responsive design and accessibility.

    • Able to balance visual quality, customer needs and technical constraints.

    • Comfortable working with developers, designers and other teams to take ideas through to launch.

    • Organized, curious and confident explaining your design decisions.

    • An interest in watersports and the GONG universe.

One main condition. You live for it.

    • Department: Marketing & Communication
