This role is all about blending precision with passion: guiding financial decisions, ensuring compliance, and partnering with leadership to keep the business moving forward. Think of yourself as both the safety marshal (ensuring smooth navigation within regulations) and the coach on the shore (helping the business ride the waves to success).   What You’ll Do

Be the tide-changer in finance: Lead reporting, accounting, and tax management with accuracy and transparency.

Chart the course: Partner with our Business Controller to deliver insights that shape strategies across brands and revenue streams.

Keep us riding forward: Drive forecasting, and scenario planning to stay agile in a fast-paced environment.

Protect the vessel: Strengthen internal controls and safeguard full compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements, while serving as the key player during audit cycles.

Steer the flow: Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital to keep the business running strong.

Support the crew: Provide senior management with KPIs, financial modelling, and insights that drive smart decisions.

Be a team leader: Collaborate with global Finance colleagues, bringing fresh ideas and a culture of continuous improvement.
