KiteSchool Pro Sylt, an official IKO partner center, is looking for motivated and passionate Kitesurf Instructors to join our team immediately on the beautiful island of Sylt!

📍 Location: Sylt, Germany (optionally also Rømø, Denmark)🗓️ Start Date: As soon as possible📆 Duration: Flexible – long-term preferred💶 Pay: Attractive hourly wage + bonus opportunities

What We Expect:

Valid Kitesurf Instructor License (IKO Level 1 or higher)

Passion for teaching and a professional attitude with clients

Responsibility, reliability, and a positive team spirit

English proficiency (German is a plus)

First aid certificate (can be submitted later if needed)
