Ride With The Gods is looking for:

1. A passionate Windsurf instructor with a second teaching ability for Wingfoil or Kitesurf for the upcoming summer season of 2026 (10th of May till 10th of October).

Job Description:

*Teaching windsurf & wingfoil or kitesurf in both private individuals or groups (adults or kids) up to 3 persons.

*Conditions of teaching : mainly side/sideoffshore flat with an average wind of 18-25 knots.

*Being able to build confidence in total begginers and help them to grow their level up to the point of being individual riders as well helping advance riders upgrade their skills in waterstarting, power jibes, fast tacks etc.

2. 2 passionate windsurf instructors for the period of July / August 2026 and August 2026.

3. A beach assistant for the upcoming summer season of 2026 (10th of May till 10th of October).

Job Requirements:

*For Instructors*

We are interested in English speaking individuals with a preferable second language such as German, French, Italian or Greek.

*A valid EU passport is necessary for the hiring.

*Good physical condition being capable of carrying equipment, such as windsurfing/wingfoil boards (10-14kg).

*Previous experience of minimum 1 year teaching is mandatory, valid power boat licence will be a plus.

*For beach Assistant*

We are interested in English speaking individuals with a preferable second language such as German, French, Italian or Greek.
