Kitesurf and SUP Instructor // couples welcome!

Join Our Team as a Kitesurfing Instructor (or Couple) for Summer 2025 in Sicily!

We are seeking one or two Kitesurf Instructors (ideal for a couple) for the 2025 summer season (July to September) at our Yoga & Kitesurf Center in Sicily. We're looking for versatile and motivated individuals who, in addition to teaching kitesurfing, can lead SUP training, assist with organizational tasks (e.g., Zuma events), and support the smooth running of our operations.

This role offers a fixed monthly salary between 1,000 and 1,200 euros, along with food and accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct kitesurfing lessons for guests of varying skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Lead SUP training sessions and possibly other water sports.
• Assist with tasks such as boat handling (if licensed) and other operational duties, including support for events or guest services.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while working in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Certified Kitesurf Instructor (valid certification required).
• Experience teaching SUP or other water sports is a strong advantage.
• Boat license is highly desirable.
• Life Guard certification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in kitesurfing instruction and general operational support is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly salary: €1,000–1,200
