Hey there, instructors!

H2O Extreme is on the lookout for IKO-certified kitesurfing instructors to join us for the Kuzi season '25 (mid-June to end of September). If you love teaching, the ocean, and a beach lifestyle, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re an IKO-affiliated watersports center located on Galu Beach, one of Kenya’s most stunning spots. Picture yourself teaching on a 5 km stretch of white sandy beaches, with warm turquoise waters and steady side/side-onshore winds from the S/SE. We’ve got a shallow flatwater lagoon for easy learning and a fun shore break for surf lovers when the tide comes in.

Who We’re Looking For

• IKO-certified kitesurf instructor (bonus points if you can also teach wing foiling or wave surfing)
• A positive, outgoing personality with at least two seasons of teaching experience
• Fluent in English (French or any other language is a plus!)

What We Offer

• Free accommodation

• €20-€25 per teaching hour

• Work permit provided
