Looking for an iko level 2-3 to join our team

High season is coming and we need help, we are looking for a full time instructor from november 2025- August 2026.

we have a small and young team and are located in Aruba.

Aruba is a small island in the Caribbean, it’s windy everyday and all day long. We are teaching in flat and shallow water with offshore wind. 90 % of our clientele are Americans staying in expensive hotels right on the beach. 

Lessons are paid 50$ per 2hr lesson ( so 25$ per hour) for an instructor level 2 or 3, fluent in English, Spanish. You need to be able to teach on offshore condition with boat support. You need to be an iwo instructor as well.
