Production Liaison Officer

PRODUCTION LIAISON OFFICER This position is based in our factory, Parapex, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Package allowance will be made to spend time away but 80% of the time will be on location working with our production teams. The job involves working with our Kite and Wingfoil equipment, as well as Paragliding and Paramotor products and involves a variety of tasks, such as:

Liaising with product designers to make sure instructions are correctly understood and executed

Helping local staff at the factory to produce prototypes in a timely manner

Report any issues to the R&D teams so that production may be more efficient

Assist in the costing of products

Search for local suppliers or various materials and assist in relations with them

The requirements for this role are:

A good technical mind with an understanding of free flying and kiting products

Ideally an engineering background with knowledge of composite and/or textile materials

A practical approach focussed on getting things done

Good communication skills with the ability to listen

A pro-active attitude to offer suggestions to colleagues

The ability to manage different projects at the same time
