Job Overview
The Instructor is responsible for the safety of our guests during their lessons, cleanliness of equipment, maintenance of equipment and selling lessons. They also nurture customer relationships, resolve issues and strive to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Managing day-to-day operations: lessons schedules with your students, order of the equipment, introduction of the spot to new customers, prepare correct gear for your lesson according to weather conditions, check inventory at the end of the day
• welcome students and explaining course conditions and deliver excellent customer service
• prepare and present your theory lessons to your students
• Ensure all areas at the Centre are clean and tidy and that the center (& team) follow our CI guidelines
• Make sure that Equipment is treated well and perfectly maintained

Qualifications
• Valid Instructor license in min. 1 Watersport
• English fluent in conversation. One more language is a plus
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate your students
