WIND RIDERS lake garda

Wind Riders is looking for motivated and passionate kitesurf and wing foil instructors or assistant who plan to become instructors, to joying our Team for the Season 2026 from March untill October 2026, or also just for the Main Season  (July, August, September) 

Wind Riders is very dynamic water sports school since 2009, located in Limone sul Garda, in Lake Garda, Italy.

 We offer the opportunity to work with different nationalities and enjoy the beautiful work environment. Lake garda is one of the most beautiful Lakes in Europe, with his thermic wind, we have a wind guaranty up to 90% and more.  The deep water makes the teaching very safe, and the fresh sweet water is makes every deep taste good. We teach from latest RIBs boats with Honda engines, using Radio Helmets , This super clear communication makes everything more pleasant and relaxed. The summer time is lovely over here, loots of Wind, Sun, Good Italian food, check out our Facebook and Instagram or website to get the vibe. We have 2 kite surfing session per day: one in the morning from 7/11  and one in the afternoon from 13/17 pm. Besides this lessons on same days we have a theory introduction lesson from 11/12 am. In the beginning and the end of the season when the sun rises later and the wind starts to blow later we also start later. You will be teaching different levels of students. From complete beginners to advanced freestyle lessons (unhooked tricks, kiteloops). Besides kitesurf lessons we also offers Lifts. We have a special boat shuttle service to get from the station to the kite surf spot, independent kite surfers use this service to get on the water.

There are a lot of tasks in and around the kitesurf school (after the lesson all instructors take care of the equipment, the refilling of the boats etc.)

We ask:

 -A kitesurf / wingfoil instructor with a lot of enthusiasm for teaching and working with people with team spirit.

-fluently English speaking.

 -German and Italian, French or Dutch are a plus.

-   your European passport or Identity card

-   you are a licensed IKO instructor or assistant
