Beach Crew & Content Creation (April–November 2027)

Join our team and support one of the most beautiful kite centers in the Mediterranean—right on the lagoon, just a few meters from the water. You can look forward to a diverse mix of water sports, beach lifestyle, and content creation.

As part of the Beach Crew, you’ll support our team in the day-to-day operations of the center and ensure that everything runs safely, smoothly, and in an organized manner—both on the beach and in the equipment area.

Your responsibilities in center operations:

• Assisting our guests and students with takeoffs and landings
• Distributing, organizing, and maintaining the kite equipment
• Preparing equipment for lessons
• Setting up and taking down equipment at the kite center, as well as maintaining general order in the center and beach areas
• Assisting with logistical processes and daily routines

Content Creation & Social Media:

• You’ll take photos and videos of daily life at the kite center, our courses, the team, our guests, and the unique lifestyle at the spot.
• You’ll capture sporting highlights, special moments, and the atmosphere at the lagoon in photos and videos.
• You’ll develop creative ideas for Instagram Reels, Stories, and informative posts about kitesurfing, water sports, and life at the center.
• You’ll support our marketing team by providing regular, authentic photo and video content for our social media channels.

This position offers you the ideal opportunity to combine your passion for water sports with creative media work. At the same time, it’s the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to advance to become an Assistant Instructor or Instructor in the long term.

Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table

• You’re passionate about kitesurfing, water sports, and the beach lifestyle.
• You speak English fluently; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You’re reliable, responsible, and a team player.
• You bring a cheerful attitude, motivation, and a positive energy.
• You take the initiative, contribute ideas, and are eager to grow.
• You have a good eye for photography and video and enjoy creatively capturing special moments.
• You’re familiar with social media, especially Instagram, Stories, and Reels.
• Some experience with photo and video editing is a plus.
