Your tasks
- Manage the windsurfing instructor team.
- Communicate with customers effectively.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Powerboat driving skills required.
