Requirements for all teaching positions are as follows: 

• You are a licensed kitesurf/windsurf or wing foil instructor with training experience across all skill levels.
• You are bursting with energy and can't wait to pass on your knowledge to our guests.
• You make sure that our guests have the ultimate kitesurf/wing foiling or windsurfing experience.
• You have a friendly appearance, you are motivated, and enjoy working with adults and children.
• You are fair, flexible, spontaneous, and like to lend a hand if needed.
• You are a reliable team player.

Requirements for kitesurfing instructors

• IKO instructor certificate (or VDWS)
• Teaching in accordance with IKO (VDWS) standards, including issuing post-course student certifications
• Motorboat driving license
• Expertise in teaching from a motorboat
• Managing day-to-day center activities such as equipment distribution, organization, maintenance, and cleanup
• Developing daily plans for kite courses
• Monitoring wind forecasts and kite spot conditions
• Conducting kite theory lessons during periods of no wind
• Providing exceptional service and delivering high-quality instructions
• Proficient knowledge of Duotone & ION equipment
• Ability to create content for social media channels
• Maintaining a positive attitude, contributing to building the brand and fostering teamwork
• Seasonal position (May-September)
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, or French is preferred.

Requirements for windsurf instructors

• VDWS instructor certificate
• Teaching in accordance with our standards, including issuing post-course student certifications
• Monitoring wind forecasts and spot conditions
