Are you passionate about kitesurfing, wing foiling, and sharing your love for the ocean? We're looking for enthusiastic Kitesurfing & Wing Foil Instructors and 1 Head Instructor to join our professional team for the upcoming season.

Based on the beautiful main beach of Melbourne, Australia, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality instruction while creating a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for both our students and our team. If you enjoy working in a positive environment, love the ocean, and thrive on helping others progress, we'd love to hear from you.

Head Instructor

In addition to the qualities above, the Head Instructor should have:

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience managing instructors and daily school operations

Excellent communication skills

The ability to maintain high teaching and safety standards while motivating the team
