Grabower Bodden offers ideal conditions for relaxed and successful kite lessons:

🏄 KITE INSTRUCTORS (M/F/D)

Do you have a VDWS or IKO kite instructor certification and enjoy teaching people how to kitesurf? Then you are exactly who we are looking for!

Even if you do not yet have a kite instructor certification but already kite confidently and can stay for the entire season, feel free to contact us. Training to become a kite instructor is generally possible with us.

🌊 SUPPORT IN OTHER WATERSPORTS AREAS

Kitesurfing is our main focus, but we also offer SUP, wingfoiling, and sailing. If you have experience in one of these areas, would like to contribute, or are interested in developing your skills, we would love to hear from you!

🤙 HELPERS AND VOLUNTEERS (M/F/D)

Would you like to spend the summer by the water and gain practical experience at a watersports school? We are looking for support in various areas, including:

* Assisting with kite courses and supporting kite instructors
* Looking after guests and providing support at the station
* Supporting SUP, wingfoiling, and sailing activities
* Helping with organizational tasks related to daily operations
* Creating content for social media
* Taking photos and videos and supporting our public presence
* General support within the team and around the premises

Whether you already have experience or are simply motivated to learn something new: If you are reliable, open-minded, and passionate about watersports, we would love to hear from you!

* For kite instructors: a VDWS or IKO kite instructor certification or equivalent experience
* Ideally, experience or interest in SUP, wingfoiling, or sailing
* For content-related tasks: creativity and ideally experience with photography, video, or social media
