Water Sports Assistant & Content Creation (April–October 2027)

Your Responsibilities:

• At KBC Holland, you’ll be part of a strong, experienced team of kite and wing foil instructors, water sports assistants, and station managers. You’ll work at a modern water sports center right on the spot.
• The focus of your work will be on supporting our kitesurfing courses for beginners and intermediate riders according to IKO and VDWS standards in private and one-on-one private lessons.
• You’ll assist with all tasks related to the kite center and training operations. This includes preparing, conducting, and following up on courses; distributing, organizing, and maintaining equipment; setting up kites; and setting up and taking down the center’s facilities.

Content Creation & Social Media

• In addition to your work on the beach, you’ll help us create authentic content for our social media channels:
• You’ll take photos and videos of daily life at the kite center, our courses, the team, our guests, and the unique lifestyle at the spot.
• You’ll capture sporting highlights, special moments, and the atmosphere at KBC Holland in photos and short videos.
• You’ll develop creative ideas for Reels, Stories, and informative posts about kitesurfing, wingfoiling, and life at the center.
• You’ll support our marketing team with regular, varied photo and video content.

This internship is your first step toward turning your passion for kitesurfing into a career. At our VDWS-certified school, KBC Holland, you can document your practical experience and lay the foundation for your first license.

Your Profile - What You Bring to the Table:

• You’re passionate about kitesurfing and the water sports lifestyle.
• You speak German as fluently as possible, and other languages are a plus.
• You’re reliable, a team player, and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You’re open-minded, communicative, cheerful, and enjoy interacting with guests.
• You bring creativity, initiative, and motivation to the table.
• You have a good eye for photos and videos, enjoy photography, and are interested in visual storytelling.
• You’re familiar with social media, especially Instagram, Stories, and Reels, and enjoy creating creative content.
• Some experience with photo and video editing is a plus.
