Guide (Overnight Boat Trips)

Tornado Surf is looking for a friendly and responsible Guide to support our overnight kite boat trips in Egypt. This role focuses on guest care, organization, and creating an unforgettable experience on board.

Requirements:

• Staying on the boat during overnight trips
• Taking care of guest relations onboard
• Organization and preparation of guest rooms
• Planning and organizing no-wind activities for overnight guests
• Reliable, organized, and social personality
• Team player with a positive attitude

Nice Add-On (Not Required):

• Taking photos and videos of guests and activities

 Details  

There are 2 Boats - On the Boats there are 10 Rooms – normally 2 are for the staff and 7 are for the guests. The high season is during eastern, end of May, beginning of June, end of September, October beginning of November.

 Main Tasks

Prepare the rooms after people who Checkout. Prepare the rooms for people Checkin.

• Organizing and check the cleaning of the sleeping rooms and bathroom.
• Take off the Bedsheets, take the towels and prepare it for the laundary (Checkout)
• For the Checkin prepare the Bedsheets and the new towels
• For each room the organize cleaning after Checkout

 Drinks/Beverages organisation

• Every day the Bar has to be checked. Counting all existing drinks. Report it to the office and in case there is something missing order it from the Center for the next day.
• In the morning when the new Drinks/Snacks arrive it has to be organized into the storage. During the day the Bar have to be checked if there are enough drinks in the frigde and in case refill the fridge.

 Other Tasks:

• Accessories Organisation – organize the accessories for the Guest. Prepare them and keep tracking them
• There is a camera on the Boat and every day there should be some pictures. According to the activities the guests do or according to the wind, there should be a foto session in the morning for around 30 minutes and also in the afternoon around 30 minutes.

 Overnight Tasks: (Only in case of need)

• Guestrelation, preparing Drinks for the Guests if they need.
• Organize no Wind Activities
• Support the Team during daily Tasks
