ElementFish Kite&Surfcamp Portugal is a premier kitesurfing school located in the scenic northern region of Portugal. We are passionate about providing exceptional kitesurfing experiences, and as we gear up for the 2025 season, we are seeking enthusiastic kitesurf instructors to join our dynamic team. Our camp operates from April to October, offering a supportive environment where instructors can focus on teaching while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Our kitesurf courses are designed for an engaging learning experience, typically running five days a week with a maximum of two students per instructor. Safety is our priority, ensured by our consistent boat support and well-equipped training materials from Eleveight. If you have a passion for kitesurfing and a desire to share that joy with others, ElementFish is the perfect place to grow your skills and connect with fellow enthusiasts.
