Kiteschule Fly-A-Kite/ Insel Rügen

Kiteschule Fly-A-Kite, located on the beautiful Insel Rügen, is seeking passionate and licensed kitesurfing instructors for the summer season of 2025. From May to September, our instructors will conduct kitesurfing courses in the stunning waters of Wieker Bodden, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our students. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality training materials from renowned brands such as Harlem Thrive, Goodboards, and Spleene, and we emphasize small group instruction for personalized learning.

In addition to kiting, we encourage our instructors to share their skills in other areas, such as SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboarding). Our team members also have the opportunity to contribute to our cocktail bar, enhancing the vibrant atmosphere of our school. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where instructors can improve their kitesurfing skills while enjoying the perks of free accommodation and competitive commission-based pay.
