Water Sports Mallorca

Water Sports Mallorca, established in 1998, is a premier water sports school located on the beautiful island of Mallorca. We pride ourselves on our dedicated team and our exceptional training area at Playa de Muro, where enthusiasts can enjoy thermal winds and shallow waters alongside a fantastic sandy beach. As we prepare for the upcoming season in April 2025, we are seeking passionate instructors to join our growing family.

We are particularly looking for instructors specialized in windsurfing, catamaran sailing, and wingfoiling, with proficiency in the German language being essential. Our commitment to providing quality instruction is complemented by our supportive work environment and the opportunity for interns to gain valuable experience through the VDWS program.
