Are you an experienced and passionate IKO-certified Kite Instructor looking for an exciting season at the North Sea?

KiteSchool Pro Sylt is looking for motivated, professional and reliable instructors to join our international team for the 2027 season.

We are an IKO-affiliated kiteboarding school operating at some of the most beautiful kitesurfing spots on the German island of Sylt and the Danish island of Rømø.

YOUR ROLE

Provide professional private and semi-private kiteboarding lessons.

Teach a maximum of two students per instructor.

Adapt lessons to wind, weather and student progression.

Maintain high IKO safety and teaching standards.

Assist with equipment preparation, maintenance and daily school operations.

Create a safe, professional and enjoyable learning experience.

REQUIREMENTS

IKO Kite Instructor Level 2 or higher.

Valid IKO certification.

Previous teaching experience preferred.

Good English communication skills; German is a strong advantage.

Valid EU driving licence.

Professional, independent and reliable working attitude.

EU work authorization or valid permission to work in Germany and Denmark.
