Description

The Role in a Nutshell At North Actionsports Group, home to North Kiteboarding, North Foils, North Windsurfing, and Mystic, we live and breathe the water. Our mission is to inspire riders everywhere with gear that performs, stories that connect, and visuals that make people want to drop everything and get out there. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you are the creative force behind the visual storytelling of the brand across digital, print, and event touchpoints. You define how North communicates visually — from scroll-stopping social media posts and YouTube thumbnails to trade materials, educational guides, and event assets. This is a purely creative role focused on brand identity, visual storytelling, and content design. All technical or product-specific development remains with the relevant teams, while you collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and E-commerce to ensure every visual is on brand, clear, and impactful. Positioned at the intersection of brand, marketing, and content, you translate high-level creative direction into engaging visuals that elevate North’s presence on water and online. What You Will Be Working On You will lead the visual execution across all North brand touchpoints, including:
  • Social media content and YouTube thumbnails
  • Editorial and digital layouts (magazines, newsletters, DPS)
  • Educational and trade materials (Product Books, Sonar Foils Rider Guide, Schools Guide)
  • Event and retail assets (posters, banners, POS displays, flags)

  • Ensure visuals are fresh, on-trend, and aligned with brand values
  • Maintain creative consistency across campaigns, channels, and product launches
  • Content Creation and Visual Execution
  • Create high-quality, engaging visuals for digital, print, and event materials
  • Develop layouts, graphics, and templates that are clear, attractive, and on brand
  • Translate concepts and marketing direction into polished creative deliverables

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and E-commerce teams to bring campaigns and launches to life
  • Stay connected to industry trends, media innovations, and board sports culture
  • Maintain organized creative libraries and templates to ensure efficiency
