Description

40 HOURS A WEEK We’re looking for a creative, organized, and tuned-in Junior Social Media Specialist. Someone with a strong sense for storytelling and an eye for high-quality, on-brand content, who knows their way around socials. You’ll help shape how Mystic shows up online, sharing what’s happening across the brand, from new products to riders and the community behind them. You’ll work with our creative team on briefs, content planning, and publishing, and work with our athletes to keep content flowing on time and up to standard. Ideally you love board sports, it’s what drives everything we do. If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with social planning, from content calendars to scheduling and publishing.
  • Write captions, prep quick cutdowns or reels, and keep our feeds active and consistent.
  • Gather assets and support briefs with clear notes, references, and deadlines.
  • Work with team riders and ambassadors to source and create high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Track performance and share concise reports with key takeaways and next steps.
  • Keep an eye on trends, UGC, and competitor activity and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Support paid campaign setup and quality checks in Meta Ads Manager.
  •   WHO YOU ARE
  • You’ve got a strong affinity for board sports.
  • Proactive and positive, with a keen eye for detail.
  • 0-2 years experience in a similar role or a couple of solid internships under your belt.
  • Strong grasp of social platforms and what makes content land.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
  • Comfortable creating quick edits in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • You’ve got an analytical side and know how to turn dashboard data into useful takeaways.
  • Responsible and flexible – you don’t mind handling the socials outside office hours if that’s when the content comes in.
