UX / VISUAL DESIGNER

ABOUT THE ROLE
At North Actionsports, home to iconic water sports brands like North Kiteboarding, North Foils, North Windsurfing, and Mystic, we’re on a mission to inspire riders worldwide with high-performance gear and powerful brand experiences. To support that, we’re looking for a talented Visual / UX Designer to help craft the look, feel, and flow of our digital presence. Our goal is to create an exceptional customer journey across our websites, combining refined UX/UI design with engaging visual storytelling. You’ll help translate campaign concepts into digital experiences, design intuitive interfaces that enhance usability, and ensure every visual element reflects the bold, dynamic spirit of our brands. Whether it’s launching a new product or refining the user flow on our webshops, your work will directly impact how customers interact with our brands. You’ll be part of the e-commerce team, working closely with digital specialists, while collaborating with our marketing departments and their creatives to ensure a seamless and engaging brand experience across all channels. RESPONSIBILITIES

Create UX/UI designs to improve the customer journey on our websites

Build engaging digital marketing campaigns including email and social media content

Manage design libraries and systems to ensure a consistent brand identity

Visual design: select, create and upload (graphic) images to our websites

Collaborate closely with our marketing departments

REQUIREMENTS

Affinity with board sports (Kite, Windsurf, Surf, Wake or Foil) is required

A degree in digital design

A minimum of 3 years’ experience

Excellent Figma skillset

Great Adobe skillset

Independent
